Help someone this winter with a reverse advent calendar

Winter can be a difficult time for everyone – especially the many families around us who struggle on a daily basis of ensuring their families have enough to eat.

With this in mind at Hampshire Media Group we want to help… and we are hoping you would like to join in our quest to provide local families and food banks with food boxes this winter…

A reverse advent calendar is perfect to do as an individual, or as a family or group. What better way to demonstrate that you care this Winter…

How to take part? Firstly you need to grab a basket or box, and every day on the run up to Christmas, add something useful to the box. The idea is that you add 24 items just like an advent calendar.

What to include? Tinned foods, including meats, pasta, rice, biscuits, snacks, UHT milk, baby formula, orange squash…basic staple foods to feed a family – (no fresh goods please)

Drop off your box to our office: Unit 1 Viceroy Court, Bedford Rd, Petersfield GU32 3LJ,  Email hello@hampshiremediagroup.co.uk if you have any questions or call 01730 260746. We will then donate all the boxes to local food banks and families in need. Last drop off  Friday 16th December.
